Terms of Service
The agreement covering publisher access to the platform, the API and payouts.
Effective 1 January 2026
1. Who these terms cover
These terms form the agreement between Treasure Pays ("we", "us") and the organisation that registers as a publisher ("you"). Accepting an invitation, applying for access, or calling the API means you accept them on behalf of your organisation.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for every action taken with your credentials. API keys are issued per placement and the secret is displayed exactly once — store it in your own secret manager. Tell us immediately if you believe a key or an account has been compromised so we can revoke it.
Access is granted only after review. We may require identity and ownership verification for your organisation and for each property before enabling live traffic.
3. Traffic and placement obligations
You may send traffic only from properties you have registered and verified. Placements must tell your users plainly what they are being asked to do and what they will receive in return. All traffic must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.
4. Rewards, conversions and reversals
A conversion is recorded when a provider reports a completed outcome for a session. Providers may reverse an outcome after the fact — for fraud, quality failures, or their own client disputes — and reversals flow through to your ledger as adjustments. Amounts stay provisional until the statement covering them is settled.
5. Fees, statements and payouts
Your revenue share, payment terms, minimum payout threshold and invoicing requirements are set out in the commercial terms attached to your account. Statements are generated per period from the ledger, and the ledger is the record of account. Payouts are made in your settlement currency after the applicable net terms, once the threshold is met; balances below the threshold carry forward.
You are responsible for your own taxes and for keeping billing and payment details accurate.
6. Use of the API
Requests are signed and rate limited. Do not attempt to circumvent limits, reach other tenants' data, or reverse engineer the service. We may extend the API in a backwards-compatible way at any time and will version any breaking change.
7. Suspension and termination
We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access — in whole or for a single placement — where we detect fraud, a quality breach, a legal risk, or non-payment. Either party may terminate for convenience with written notice. Amounts properly earned before termination and not subject to reversal remain payable.
8. Warranties and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, a particular fill rate, or a particular level of earnings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts payable to you in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are notified to the account owner in advance. Continuing to send traffic after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
